Cybersecurity Analyst @ .PT , Portugal's TLD
(Aug. 2024 - Nov. 2025)

Work in a SOC environment at PTSOC.
Participate in ISO 27001 audits. Identify root causes and develop action plans to address non-conformities, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for improvement.
Use IBM Qradar SIEM to identify, investigate, and address potential security threats and incidents.
Ensure the integrity and security of domain operations by investigating and resolving DNS abuse cases, such as phishing, malware, and unau- thorized usage.
Conduct company-wide phishing simulations and provide targeted training following each incident.
Give cybersecurity awareness presentations to the entire company, covering topics such as cyber hygiene, ransomware, phishing, and more.
Carry out proactive threat hunting by using Threat Intelligence platforms such as MISP.
